Pour all ingredients (in listed order), into the pan of your bread machine
Select “Dough” or “Pizza Dough” setting
A few minutes into the kneading cycle, check dough, add more warm water slowly to achieve an elastic, moist, but not sticky consistency
Let your machine do all of the work!
After the mixing and kneading cycles have finished, allow dough to rise in machine to double its size (45 minutes)
Remove dough from the machine
Roll dough into large circle on a floured round baking sheet or stone. Cover with towel, allow to rise 20 minutes, arrange pizza toppings and bake at 400 degrees until it begins to brown (20-30 minutes).
For Flat Breads
Divide dough into 3 balls, they don’t have to be exactly equal. Roll balls into flat ovals on floured baking sheets or stones. Drizzle and spread flat breads with extra virgin olive oil. Arrange toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until they begin to brown.
