When We Want Some Freedom….From Motherhood.

August 12, 2017

  1. I love this. There are many days I want freedom from the reality I live in because it is exhausting, but you are right. Jesus has already set me free. Great post!

    • Oh, I’m so glad that you resonated with this, Jessica. He is our rest when we are weary! It’s just so hard to remember that in the moment:) It’s a daily struggle for me!

  2. Amazing post! Thank you for sharing and for reminding me to of my freedoms.

    • Thanks, Amanda! I’m so glad I could encourage some remembering. It’s so easy to forget and focus on everything around us that’s going wrong or is hard. Thanks for your comment!

  3. I LOVE what you said here–“Pursuing and desiring this facade of ‘freedom’ causes me to ignore the very real and true freedom I already have.” I was just thinking about this tonight as I was working on my own blog post. it’s so important to live in the now and appreciate all our blessings we already have!
