    While I love your whole essay, this is my favorite part: “Rather than trying to force significance or fabricate meaning, I believe that our job is to open our eyes wide and spot it where it already exists.” This is profound, and something that I’ve been ruminating on but not yet had the chance or eloquence to put it into words the way you have.
