I really enjoy sharing your journey through your blog. And look forward to reading your conclusions at the end of the two months! And I can recognize the benefits of your eating changes. But, being one of the prime instigators of your recent 'down south' heavily processed and far from 'real' food experience, and the partial cause of your needing a detox, my number one hindrance to discarding my current diet and eating 'real' food is that I love the bad stuff too much!

I have been very interested in cutting out processed food for a long time and we have slowly been doing so by changing the things that we buy ie brown rice vs white. whole grain flours for baking. stuff like that. I really want to do more healthy cooking but time is a huge factor with a full time business to run and a 6 month old. I would love some recipes that take less than an hour from start to finish. Doing the dishes take time to unfortunatly!!!
